However, in exceptional cases; If the total price is not determined due to the duration of the treatment, the type of treatment and the number of procedures to be performed, which cannot be determined due to the nature of the disease from afar, the final payment amount in health services becomes clear after the patient's application to the hospital in person.
The payment to be given by you covers the health service, guidance, consultancy, accommodation, travel health insurance and intra-city vip transfer services within the scope of the package you have purchased. If the price of the health service has not been determined, the first payment you will pay includes guidance, consultancy, accommodation, travel health insurance and intra-city vip transfer services other than health care.
In case of your requests for touristic sightseeing tours, activities, evening entertainment, yacht tours, etc. in order to evaluate your spare time, they are out of the scope of the package you have chosen and will be included in the definition of additional expense. But our agency will not hesitate to guide you on this matter and will talk to you separately for these costs and offer you the best price offers.
In health services for which the total price is not determined due to the nature of the disease, the duration of treatment, the type of treatment and the number of procedures to be performed, which cannot be determined due to the nature of the remote disease (such as oncological surgery or oncological chemotherapy/radiotherapy, physical therapy and rehabilitation, infertility, intensive care, palliative care, etc.) The final payment amount becomes clear when the patient personally applies to the hospital. Although the treatment costs of the hospitals differ, our partners with whom we cooperate will not show the cost of the operation much more than the nature of the operation, and will not make you a victim in this regard. Because both we and our partners are organizations that have the principle of working without leaving the medical and universal ethical values.
We will meet you at the airport with a vip vehicle, with at least one translator ready. We will pick you up from the airport and take you to the hotel chosen by you beforehand, and check in. Depending on your arrival time, we will provide you with our vip vehicle accompanied by an interpreter, to the health facility where you will receive your health service either that day or the next day.

Thus, you will be able to use your time and cash expenses in the most appropriate way.
We do not have an accompanying service that will be provided to you as long as you stay in the hospital in order to receive treatment in the package selection. However, if you come alone or for any reason have a request for a companion to accompany you during your stay in the hospital, provided that you inform us in advance, the accompanying service that can accompany you in the hospital can be provided by us in return for the amount to be paid for the daily payment.
